the video. we know what a mob looks like in the mideast. i am increasingly convinced the fbi interviewed the survivors in ramstein, germany, the day after and convinced that the best and current intelligence assessment on 16, september went against the video. the video was a political smoke screen. the actual facts were this was a coordinated preplanned terrorist attack. when the president said on "letterman" we think the video caused this. when he said at the u.n. we won't let a hateful video turn the mideast into a bad spot they're not relying on the best -- >> but all the evidence is that ambassador rice was using the information given to her by the intelligence community. >> i don't -- i don't believe that. i will -- here's what i want to know. have the intelligence community, not the deputies, the people on the ground put in one pile all the evidence of a preplanned coordinated terrorist attack with al qaeda militia and one pot and put in the other pot the evidence that this was a spontaneous mob created by a hateful video. i've seen no evidence. what did the fbi get from the surviv

about the fbi being supported. it's all affected by sequestration. the key here is whether or not the republicans will move away from the ideologically rigid position, which has been the grover norquist pledge, which most of them signed, that they will not go for additional revenues. when they move away from that pledge, and they must, as by the way all the presidents that i have ever served with, including reagan, clinton, and the first george bush, moved away from a position no additional taxes. they all added revenues to deficit reduction. a significant amount of revenue. >> your colleague from georgia just this week said the following about that pledge not to raise any taxes. >> you know, that pledge i signed 20 years ago was valid then. it's valid now, but times have changed significantly.Ñi and i care more about this country than i do about a 20-year-old pledge. >> it is my view that the issue of taxes is the number one stumbling block to any kind of fiscal deal. that has to be resolved first before you can get to issues like sequestration. when you hear that from a

of justice in the form of the fbi on to team 6. now, as far as i've heard, this has never been done before. we're not focusing on what's important here. we still have the northeast part of the country ravaged in the aftermath of hurricane sandy with no power or water, and now we've got a benghazi incident that's going to come out and get ugly after the congressional hearings kick back up next week. so we're focusing on a video game right now, and as far as i know, of all the taliban and al qaeda compounds we've taken over in the last ten years, we have never found a first-person shooter video game there. none. we found a lot of porn. no video games. so this is not going to be used as a tool to aid al qaeda in the taliban in their trista agendas. it's not a training or recruiting tool. it's silly. this is a knee jerk reaction. and ten years ago, the navy gave full access to david sears of soft studios in north carolina to all their equipment and men and materials to make a video game. so it seems like they just changed the rules overnight and guys got caught up in that gray change area, and
